About Me

My photo
Michelle Longo-Bloom
Scarsdale, New York, United States
Meet me, Michelle Longo-Bloom. I write about mental health related issues. Aside from my son, here you will see my TRUE "Labor of Love", my book, "Over the Rainbow: A Story of Life, Love and Family with Bipolar Disorder." I am 45 years old. I am a freelance writer and a stay-at-home-Mom. I am also a board certified school psychologist speaking and writing in the field. It is my goal to educate friends and family of victims of mental disease, victims themselves and the general public about bipolar disorder... life DOES NOT END with it!!! Two things get me through life, they are "HOPE & FAITH." I strongly believe in the power of both. A message I like to deliver to all, PLEASE REMEMBER IT DURING HARD TIMES OR IN TIMES OF GRIEF: "There is always a rainbow of "HOPE" in the distance, even on those seemingly unforgiving harsh & relentless days. Whether lurking behind some dark/grey clouds, the rainbow is there. Go find it and "BE GRACED WITH THE COLORS OF LIFE!" Want to know more, see my web site @ www.michellewrites.net "Gaced with the Colors of Life" See ya there!!!
